LEGAL STAFF
Description
I. Consulting work & implementation of legal administrative procedures.
Analyze legal risks and propose appropriate solutions to the Board of Directors for business activities of the company.
Disseminate and guide the application of legal provisions to departments.
Analyze the situation, evaluate the overview and propose solutions to settle disputes, complaints and lawsuits to ensure the interests of the company.
Legal consulting, appraisal and control for corporate governance documents.
II. Legal professional work
Draft and review complex/sensitive contracts of the company, ensuring the general standardization of contract specifications.
Detecting unfavorable contents drafted by the partner and included in the contract; comment, exchange and/or suggest changes to find the optimal solution possible.
Support departments on legal aspects in signing and implementing contracts.
Search for a domestic consulting unit.Exchange requirements, scope of work and service prices.
Update and disseminate legal documents and policies to company employees.
Perform other related work to ensure all activities of the company are legal.
III. Part-time job
Secretary of the Board of Directors: check the validity and legality of the documents submitted for signing; Signing and writing minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors....

Qualifications and education requirements
Age 27 and up.
Graduated from LAW UNIVERSITY.
Minimum 4 years of working experience related to Company Legal.
Experience in handling legal issues in practice.
